・ Our serviced apartment & hotel does not have an internal phone line. Please use one of these following (SNS, LINE, Messenger, Zalo, phone number) to contact our staff during your stay.
・ Illegal items such as animals and gunpowder, and other items considered dangerous by the hotel are prohibited from being brought into the apartment.
・ It is prohibited to make loud voice and sound such as on TV, or cause any other inconvenience to other customers.
・ It is prohibited to move equipment placed inside the hotel or in the apartment room. We will charge the amount of damage for any damage, loss or destruction caused by the customer.
・ The hotel does not take any responsibility for cash and valuable belongings that are not deposited at the reception.
・ Please contact the reception when you invite guests to your room. In addition, guest that are not our customers are to leave by 22:00 of the same day.
・ Please turn off the electricity when you go out.
Cancellation policies
Please contact us in advanced at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel after that or without permission, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
